Mike is a sole practitioner focused on high level tax planning for individuals and privately held businesses. Additionally, Mike provides business valuation services.

As a tax partner with the largest local accounting firm in Chicago, he was the partner in charge of the tax department and was a member of the firm's executive committee.

In 1993 he purchased a leading food and candy manufacturer in the promotional products industry. He managed the company as president until 2014 when the company was sold.

After the company was sold, Mike returned to tax practice as a CPA working with clients to properly manage their tax liabilities.
